| ancillary_notes | Expected WAM M16086 Perameles, but the tube label is WAM M16068, which is an Isoodon. This could be a typo, but is possible the wrong sample was sent. Will need to confim genus when we have data. When lysis buffer was added, sample WAM M16086 immediately turned opaque cloudy white and noticed fizzing and bubbling. This was unusual! Reaction to treatment of the skin? Not sure how this will affect DNA. |
